Kim Denmark, of Dayton, Ohio began a "walk" across America for the less fortunate over 84 months ago after a series of convictions from the Lord.  She feels, "a mandate has been placed on her life to walk for "change", and to serve".

Her objective is to complete 50 states, including Alaska, and Hawaii.

To date she has "walked" 16 states which include:

Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Washington, D.C., Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Florida.  Clocking over 3, 700 miles, 22 pair of shoes.

Armed with thousands of "petitions" from America's poor supporting her cause, her hopes are to address the United States Congress regarding the down trodden.  She strives to serve as a representative, and a voice of the poor to speak out about homelessness, poverty, jobs, (loss), and housing.

Ultimately, Denmark would like to purchase a "Homeless Hospital", exclusively for homeless, and homeless veterans.  This facility is available, and vacant in Chicago, Illinois, (Formerly, Lincoln Park/Grant Hospital) It holds 366 patients. The price is $190,000,000.00 (190 million dollars).

The facility will cater to patients suffering from mental health, alcohol, drugs, and require  physiological rehabilitation treatment.

On the Road caring for the Homeless.

When Kim is not walking, she is attending to the needs of the poor, and homeless.

This homeless man's feet were cut, as glass and rocks penetrated his worn shoes.  Denmark, rinsed the wound, covered anointing oil over foot, and wrapped in an ace bandage.

Ultimately, placing Kim's personal sock off her foot on the mans.

Various Mayors across America support Kim as she passes through their city.  The city of Cape Coral, Florida was very supportive of her reaching her goal by "walking" across the bridge that joins Ft. Myers to Cape Coral.

Joining in the walk were a few organizations, veterans, and women with children.
